Bio

Jessica Shea is a 2008 BFA graduate of Maine College of Art. She enjoys fashion illustration, narrative, and comic production. Her artistic roots stem from comics and manga with heavy influences from fashion design.

She takes pride in the speed and creativity she uses to complete work, and has never missed a deadline. Skilled in multiple media, including pen & ink, cut paper, watercolor, and digital, she is able to give the same amount of craft and speed to each.

Jessica has also co-founded and continues to maintain a mail art project with friend and furniture designer, Sadie Nash: Postal Matter.

Jessica lives in Portland, Maine and enjoys being able to pay her rent. She also likes to play Guitar Hero, watch movies, and ride her bike- preferably to the beach.
